We use UPS as a third party delivery service, so we're unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date. Also, occasionally weather or an operational delay could impact your delivery by a day or so. However, as soon as your order ships out, we'll send over a shipping confirmation email that will contain tracking number(s) you can use to follow the progress of your package.

Once you've placed your order, it will typically be built fresh within 1-2 business days. After your new Mattress has been built it will ship right away, you'll receive a UPS tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you. To track your package, simply locate your shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking number. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during holidays or severe weather conditions. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! If you're having trouble with your tracking information, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience team

The type of support that supports your new Harvest Green Mattress is important. It can ultimately affect the lifespan and performance of the mattress. Your new Harvest Mattress can be used on any style electrical bed base. In general we recommend that you use a frame style with multiple support legs that is solid and sturdy.The best practice would be to use a platform bed, any bed with bed slats, existing or new foundation, or adjustable bed for your mattress. The Harvest Green Mattress is designed to work best on any rigid, non-spring foundation, platform, adjustable bed base, or slatted foundation with a maximum spacing of five inches between slats.It is not recommended to use a box spring with your Harvest Green Mattress, which has its own innerspring unit. This could make it feel too springy. However, foundations do not have internal springs.  This makes them the ideal surface for our mattresses. 

Please note: We do not recommend placing your mattress directly on the floor or any non-breathable surface. A solid surface that doesn't allow breathability in rare instances can cause mold to grow. Yes, this will happen with any mattress and should be avoided. 

What makes Harvest Green Mattress unique is that we have an experienced Retail Partner Network. Unlike lots of other Mattress websites we offer you the ability to experience our Mattress first. You are free to visit one of our many Retail Partner Experience Centers to try out your Bed at anytime prior to purchase. If you decide you like it after your test drive you can purchase it on the spot. Click here for a list of displays closest to you.

 We have designed our Mattress to eliminate the use of all chemical adhesives, all chemical based fire retardants, all polyurethane foams, all memory foams, and all blended synthetic foams. All of our Raw Materials have been certified Organic or  Natural. Our Mattress is guaranteed NOT to off-gas upon opening .

Our Harvest Green Experience Center Partners are independently owned and operated.  It is best practice to call ahead to confirm the items you wish to see are in fact on display. Or, reach out to us directly via chat or email to confirm prior to traveling to the store. We require our partners to display a min amount of product. However, our partner locations do have access to our adjustable bases and organic pillows and can sell them directly to you.

Our adjustable beds are warranted against defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of ten (10)years from your purchase.

Under no circumstances do we a restock returned mattress. Instead, we attempt to donate to a local charity or depending on the condition of the mattress we may seek a 3rd party responsible recycler.  So, what do we do with a returned mattress? As an organization we’re “green passionate”, we will do all in our power to ensure that a returned mattress is donated and put to good use. (subject to verification) Our priority is to ensure that our products do not end up in landfills. Our first choice will always be to have it donated to a person or family in need.  As confirmed by our Law Tag all of our mattresses are constructed from 100% all new materials. Executing a return on our end is thought to be an opportunity to provide some assistance to a needy person or family.

When Harvest Green Mattress receives confirmation of your return, we will refund your payment within 1-3 business days. Please note that in some cases refunded money can take around 2 weeks to process back into your account.

All Harvest Green Mattresses purchased directly on this website will come with a risk-free 100-night sleep trial. For Harvest Green Mattresses, here’s how it works: You try the mattress for up to 100 nights. Your trial starts on the day of your delivery. Read our Sleep Trial Tips FAQ which provides valuable insight as well as solutions to common issues with adjusting to a new sleep surface.  If, you are not satisfied? Contact us. We only ask that you give us a chance to make it right! Please note: Often it takes some time to adjust to any new sleep surface. However, we do not put requirements on how long you must sleep on your new mattress before executing the Sleep Trial Return, we do respectfully ask that you give it a fair and honest trial to see if you sleep more deeply, breathe more easily and wake more refreshed and energized as you adjust to your new mattress. Should you like to proceed with a return, we will arrange everything. We do not charge for restocking or return pickups.  For some returns, we will send a service partner to pick up your mattress for eco-friendly recycling or charitable donation. We will do our very best to coordinate everything for you.  There is no need to box up or ship the mattress back to us. All refunds are paid AFTER the mattress is RECEIVED in good condition by Harvest Green Mattress for recycling or a charitable donation or a charitable donation is verified. We adhere to this to eliminate the gray market of returned mattresses. Exclusions: (1) The risk-free trial period is limited to two mattresses per household. Why do we limit this? Most other direct-to-consumer mattress companies charge for return shipping or restocking fees. They hide these sneaky fees within their terms and conditions to limit returns by making the cost and hassle too high for the customer to proceed. We do not do that! On the contrary, we cover everything and make returns easy. All purchases of the Harvest Green Mattress are truly risk-free.  Exclusions: (2) Each Harvest Experience Center Partner is independently owned and operated and may have individual return policies. Most of our partners align with our policies however some may have restrictions independent of Harvest Green Mattress. Please make certain to check with us or directly with our Store affiliate to review any potential differences in sleep trial policies.  

Unfortunately, they do not. Only, our Green Mattresses have a sleep trial. However, your adjustable base will come with a 10yr Warranty.

We process your full payment, including all applicable state taxes based on the state in which your order is being delivered, at the time that your order is placed. Our products are made-to-order just for you at our Factory, this is a legal and commonly accepted type of prepayment toward the purchase of goods.  Companies that typically charge at the time of shipment tend to do so because they do not make their products, and want to mitigate the risk of non performance if their vendors do not fulfill their obligations.  As a customer, you do have legal protections, which we should note: The Fair Credit Billing Act and the Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule protect you so you don’t have to pay for merchandise your order but never receive.  And from our end, we do our very best to manage expectations by making our production and shipping times clear: (1) in our online shopping cart, (2) on our websites help center, and (3) in the order transactional emails that are sent after you place your order. We also have a robust and expertly-trained customer service team standing by to answer your questions at any time. 

For sure Yes. Also, our wool has been thoroughly cleaned and is non-allergenic.  It is ideal for individuals who suffer from allergies to feather and down or to any synthetic bedding products. 

All-Natural Hydrated Silica is used as a non-toxic fire-retardant barrier.  Our Wool is mostly used for temperature control and moisture-wicking.  Hydrated Silica has a long history of safe use, even as an ingredient in some food products. It has no known toxicity or carcinogenicity per the US FDA.  We have found this to be used in the manufacturing of toothpaste.  Hydrated Silica's function is to act as an effective and natural fire barrier on both sides of our mattresses. We do, however, proudly use all-natural New Zealand Wood in our vegan mattresses.   We really must note that wool is often used as a fire-retardant material in many other "natural" mattress brands because it is commonly considered non-flammable in its natural state. Testing over many years has confirmed that the high keratin protein and moisture content of wool do make it naturally resistant to burning. It is difficult to set afire under most conditions and has shown to burn weakly, forming a char which tends to extinguish burning. Ample Industry testing has shown wool to be among the safest of bedding materials.   Most all "green mattress" manufacturers quietly treat their wool with chemical flame retardants but still claim their wool is natural. This is done by most to pass the flammability test. At Harvest, we avoid adding any toxins to flameproof our wool.  We use New Zealand Wool for its superior temperature control and moisture-wicking properties, rather than as a primary fire retardant.  Even so, the wool’s natural chemical structure makes it naturally flame resistant. Wool is harder to ignite than most commonly used textile fibers. For example, cotton catches alight at 255°C, the temperature must reach 570-600°C before wool will ignite.

The Harvest Green Mattress features old-world craftsmanship. Our hand-tufted rosettes made from pure New Zealand wool.  Hand-tufting can be dated back to the 17th century. It’s a process that offers multiple benefits. First and most importantly it keeps the layers in our sleep set together eliminating the need for chemical adhesives. It then prevents trenches and the potential for lumps that may appear over time. It secures them tightly in place without the use of dangerous chemical adhesives between the comfort layers of organic cotton ticking, wool and natural latex. 

The Harvest Green Mattress is naturally resistant to House Dust Mites. House Dust Mites can cause allergic rhinitis (hay fever), asthma, eczema and affect other associated diseases. Yes, dust mites can live in the organic cotton cover. But, they can not live in the deep layers within our mattress.  So, as far as hygiene is concerned, we recommend you cover your bed with an organic, micro-porous mattress protector.

In the interest of safety, we strongly suggest contacting your allergist or MD before purchasing.  Direct contact "skin-to-latex" does not occur as the latex is covered by our organic cover. However to be certain it is recommended that you contact your physician before purchase to ensure there is no risk.

Our short answer to this question is that for side sleepers mostly prefer our pillow-top model, while back and stomach sleepers (and those with back pain), prefer our original model.

SIDE SLEEPERS:  Recommended Mattress: Pillow-Top Option Side Sleepers are the most common sleepers. Because of the curves in our hips and our shoulders, pressure relief becomes paramount. The Harvest Green Mattress has an advanced innerspring unit at its core, with three zones of posterized support. This unit is hyper-tuned to provide the very best in optimal support for both your hips and shoulders and assist in ensuring that your spine is properly aligned. Our full 5 inches of natural Dunlop latex pressure relief layers, which rest on top of the posturiezed support coils, provide gentle, uplifting support that side sleepers prefer.

BACK SLEEPERS:  Recommended Mattress: Original Back sleepers are the second most common sleepers and have a slightly less "curvy" profile than side sleepers. This results in a diminished need for the additional cushioning of our Dunlop latex to ensure proper support and pressure relief. The result is a firmer sleeping surface that is preferred by the majority of back sleepers.

STOMACH SLEEPERS:  Recommended Mattress: Original Consistent Stomach sleepers are the least common sleepers.  This is the flattest sleeping profile and requires the least amount of support in the hips and shoulder areas. Stomach Sleepers typically require a gentle, yet firm surface. Our original Harvest Green Mattress is the best-suited option for this sleeping position.

CHILDREN:  Recommended Mattress: Original Children typically require a firmer surface for safety and to support their growing bodies. Our Harvest Green original mattress provides the ideal proper support, durability and natural materials that the adolescent stages require.​

The Harvest Green Mattress is available in two comfort styles. The Harvest Original delivers a gentle, yet slightly firmer sleeping experience. On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 = Soft as a cloud, 10 = Very firm), we classify our Original mattress as a 7.  Our Harvest Pillow Top option features an additional 2 inches of 100% natural Dunlop latex and is considered softer, we classify our Pillow Top option as a 6.  We have researched as much as possible as to which surface best accommodates an individual's preferred sleeping positions for the best night's sleep.  Ultimately, this is an almost impossible task or a 100% exact science. So, we do encourage you to experience our bed first hand when possible or convenient. Conversely, if that is not an option we rely on our past experiences of servicing the hundreds of customers like yourself. In doing this we break sleepers down to 3 distinctive sleeping positions to best accommodate the recommended support. Which one will be the right for you? Petite or light individuals see far less benefit from the additional layers of latex. With that being said, a great majority of our Customers choose the Pillow Top version of our mattress.

No Chance...  Using only 100% Natural Dunlop Latex and Organic fabrics create a more breathable sleeping surface and allow air to consistently circulate as oppose to amplifying heat from your body.  The result is a cooler, more temperature regulated sleeping surface.  

Our limited bounce offers better motion-transfer and makes our Harvest green mattress ideal for all couples as well as all active sleepers. Harvest Green Mattresses offer great stability, flexibility with excellent motion control which creates the ideal surface for play, sex, with the right amount of bounce.

The Harvest Green Mattress exclusively features Dunlop latex as we believe it to be the healthier option as well we believe it's a more eco-friendly choice.If your shopping you may have discovered that there are two manufacturing processes for producing latex foam.  One is Dunlop and the other is Talalay.  Both of these begin with all-natural latex sap harvested from Hevea Brasiliensis Trees, and both can be made in a wide variety of firmnesses.Our 100% natural Dunlop Latex ultimately requires far less processing, additives in the production process.  It is a simpler process that is ultimately more energy efficient to produce and creates a healthier, durable product that is more eco-friendly.

Yes, both our our adjustable beds allow the user to elevate the head and feet at the same time, or individually. The user can choose head up setting to watch TV, or foot up setting for a more restful position - or both.

Most mattresses brands and models should be suitable for the Harvest Adjustable beds. However, you should ask this question directly to the Company you are purchasing your mattress from.

Clean as necessary, use cool water and a mild detergent. Feel free to dust and wipe down the frame with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Make certain to wipe the frame dry immediately after cleaning. Do not leave water on the frame.

We do not recommend using solvents, harsh chemicals, or abrasives on any of the adjustable bed’s finishes. The frame is not scratch resistant.

We strongly recommend spot cleaning with gentle or natural cleaners. We do not advise machine washing as it will shrink your mattress topper cover.  The mattress topper features a zipper to allow easy access should there ever be a need for adjusting your latex layer.

We offer Free Shipping on All Orders.  Our In-Home delivery is available for $199.00. 

When checking out of your cart you will notice 2 seperate means of delivery. We offer free basic "door step" shipping on all orders. Additionally, you may opt for our "White Glove" in-home delivery service for an additional $199 flat fee per order, our white glove delivery team or Harvest Experience Partner will schedule a time within a 4-hour window to deliver and set-up your new mattress and, if desired, remove your old mattress, mattress foundation, or mattress box spring. (Mattress removal only available in some areas. Our delivery team will not remove bed frames or other related bedroom furniture.)

Mattresses delivered via our white glove service are shipped compressed in a box. Because natural mattresses can be heavy, this is particularly helpful when navigating up stairs and around tight turns. 

For free shipping, your mattress may be sent via FedEx, Standard UPS, or, UPS Freight compressed in a small box. For in-home delivery, our service partners do the work. Depending on your delivery area your delivery may be performed by one of our Retail Experience Partners.

  

We will ship your Harvest mattress for free compressed in our reinforced carton anywhere in the US. 

Natural mattresses are typically heavier in weight.  

If you would need or would like assistance moving your new mattress, we also offer our white glove delivery option for a flat fee of $199 per order. Our delivery service partner will contact you directly to schedule a 4-hour delivery window. Please know your Harvest mattress may arrive compressed in a box in order to facilitate easier moving up stairwells and around corners. Our service partners will also remove your old mattress at no additional charge (subject to available areas), and will install your new mattress in the room of your choice.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.. We hope to very soon but at this time we do not. However, on occasion Hawaii is possible if you do not mind spending a little extra (Up To $200) more for additional shipping cost. Please feel free to start a chat now to inquire or email us.

Unfortunatly, we are unable to ship to a PO Box. A physical address will be required.
